Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and idompey ("Company", "we", or "platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the idompey platform, including all sports betting services, online casino, slot games, and all related functions provided under the domain idompey.org.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. Continued use of our platform after any amendment to the terms means you accept the updated terms in full without any additional conditions.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use idompey services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

Payment methods accepted by idompey are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All payment methods must be registered under the same name as the idompey account to avoid any verification issues.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances that have been approved by the support team. Withdrawal requests that are declined due to incomplete information or failed verification may be resubmitted once the relevant issue has been resolved.

Bonuses and Promotions

idompey offers various bonus and promotion programmes to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover/wagering requirement) that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.

Calculated examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

General conditions relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per member, account, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated in the terms of that promotion.
• idompey reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• All promotions have a validity period stated in their respective promotion terms.

User Conduct and Prohibited Actions

All idompey members are required to interact with the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating promotions or the platform's systems.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Money laundering or using funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Any action intended to defraud the system, exploit software bugs, or disrupt platform operations.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.

Account Suspension and Termination

idompey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for reasons including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal compliance requirements.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the idompey customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all related bonus wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending transactions.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, idompey reserves the right to:

• Freeze the account balance while an internal investigation is conducted.
• Void all bonuses and winnings obtained through means that violate the terms.
• Report to the relevant authorities if criminal elements are involved.

Limitation of Liability

idompey operates as a betting platform and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any game or bet. All games are based on a certified random number generator (RNG) that has undergone independent testing.

The idompey platform will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet outages, system maintenance, or technical failures.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

idompey's maximum liability to any member in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
